For a long time, talk show host Mark R. Levin questioned the wisdom of using an Article V Convention of States to propose constitutional amendments. In his newly released book, “The Liberty Amendments,” he now enthusiastically encourages U.S. citizens and state legislators to use the second option in Article V to rein in the federal government.

Citizens for Self-Governance recently launched the Convention of States (COS) Project.  Working in conjunction with our Caucus, the COS Project seeks to empower states to call an Article V Convention of States for the purpose of limiting the federal government’s power and authority.
